to aid in self discovery
and acceptance.
Individual Counseling
The day-to-day life of an adolescent can feel overwhelming and wrought with anxiety and self-doubt.

Therapy supports teens and emerging adults in feeling seen, understood, and supported. Through the counseling relationship, adolescents are provided with a much needed space to be themselves while processing their experiences and emotions so they can learn to face this world from a place of authenticity and courage.

I'm an adolescent therapist, but you might also call me an empathetic listener, a creative collaborator,
a dog lover or a yogi.

I partner with teens and emerging adults who seek healing and growth, but feel suffocated by stress, worry, self doubt and the tape of "not good enough."
Through individual therapy, I partner with highly anxious, highly-sensitive teens to support them in in moving from a place of worried and unsure to a space of calm and confident.
